I am dealing with the little critters too.
First treatment will be this Wens,,,,,
However,, if you look thru the posts in this forum I am sure you will find that the answers to your concerns have been addressed in several places/posts.
If you are just wanting an answer to the clothes issue,,,,, I have read and been told to simply wash them in hot water,, and more importantly run them thru the dryer on high heat for at "least" an hour (or more) to 'sanitize them., Then,, the way I understand it,, keep those washed and sanatized clothes 'isolated' until you are pretty sure the rest of your residence is also rid of the little pests,,,, (like put them in clean bags or airtight containers and wear what you need per day out of the containers/bags)
I also understand that the 'typical' chemicals used in the treatments include a combination of 'contact' killing and those that have a "residual" effect,,, meaning,,, (the way I understand it) you may continue to see some still 'moving' around here and there for a few days, but that they are actually dying a "slow" death as the chemicals work.
I am sure one of the guys in this forum will come along and either verify what I've said,, or add to it,, or modify it being more specific,,,,
Hope that helps,,,,,
